PREPARATION AND STORAGE

  • We have three easy ways! You can microwave in just under 2 minutes, cook in a skillet with some olive oil or transfer into an oven safe container and heat in the oven! 

    Specific reheating instructions are provided with each meal.

  • Yes! Just take out of the freezer in the morning, defrost in the fridge, reheat when you are ready to eat and enjoy!

  • Our meals are designed to stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 7 days. We recommend consuming them within this timeframe for the best taste and nutritional quality.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Our meal prices vary depending on the plan you choose and the number of meals you order. We offer a range of options to fit different budgets, with meals starting at $10.95. You can save more by subscribing to one of our meal plans.

  • Yes! Upon checkout you can subscribe and save 10% off your orders.

  • Credit card, debit or cash upon pickup!

  • Yes, you can easily skip a week, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We just ask that you make any changes before the order deadline to avoid being charged.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

  • Placing an order is simple. Just browse our menu and select the meals you’d like. Once you’ve made your selections, proceed to checkout, where you can schedule your pickup date and time and complete payment.

  • Fridays by 7pm.

  • We prepare all dishes for a once a week pickup on Sundays.

  • We do not offer delivery currently.

  • A minimum of 12 meals is required. 

  • Yes! Upon checkout you can choose the date and time you want to have your meals ready.

  • We offer a variety of meals, including options for different dietary preferences such as keto, gluten-free, and more. Our menu changes often to include seasonal and customer favorites. 

  • We prioritize using fresh, high-quality ingredients. While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, we source locally and sustainably whenever possible and only serve grass fed, locally farmed beef and all- natural chicken.

  • Yes! You can customize your meals by selecting from our available options for proteins, sides, and veggies. If you have dietary restrictions or specific preferences, you can note them during the ordering process and we can accommodate as best as possible.

  • Yes! All of our menu items are gluten free!

  • Our meals are packaged in microwave-safe, freezer friendly containers that are easy to store and reheat. Each meal is individually portioned, ensuring freshness and convenience.

  • We request you build your own meals for any ingredient substitutions.
